For the Act, section 195(1), definition of plan of identification, paragraph (i), a plan supporting a primary application, within the meaning of the Real Property Act 1900, made by a primary applicant who claims to have acquired title to the land, or part of the land, to which the application relates by adverse possession is prescribed.
