6 Plans of subdivision for lease purposes
(1) For the Act, section 23H, a plan must be marked with a statement that—
(a) the plan relates to land in a caravan park or manufactured home estate, and
(b) development consent has been granted to the subdivision subject to the condition that the subdivision is for lease purposes.
(2) For the Act, section 23J, a plan must be marked with a statement that development consent has been granted to the subdivision subject to the condition that the subdivision is for forestry lease purposes.
