3 Definitions

In this regulation—

deposited plan means a plan, other than a strata plan, lodged for registration or recording under the Act, Part 23, Division 3.

fee unit—see Schedule 3, section 1(1).

formal land survey plan has the same meaning as in the Surveying and Spatial Information Act 2002.

register of plans means the register of plans kept by the Registrar-General that includes—

(a) plans registered or recorded under the Act, Part 23, Division 3, and

(b) plans and other instruments registered under the Strata Schemes Development Act 2015.

section 88B instrument means the document required to be lodged in accordance with the Act, section 88B(2A).

strata plan means any of the following within the meaning of the Strata Schemes Development Act 2015—

(a) a building alteration plan,

(b) a strata plan,

(c) a strata plan of consolidation,

(d) a strata plan of subdivision.

the Act means the Conveyancing Act 1919.
