19 Fees for certificate of amount due for failure to comply with public positive covenant—the Act, s 88G(3)

The prescribed fee is—

(a) if the prescribed authority has inspected the land to which the certificate relates—0.35 fee units, or

(b) otherwise—0.1 fee units.
