30 Plans of subdivision for lease purposes—caravan parks, mobile home estates or forestry
> > (1) For the purposes of the definition of plan of subdivision for lease purposes in section 23H of the Act, a plan of subdivision is marked to indicate that development consent has been granted under the [Environmental Planning and Assessment Act 1979](/view/html/inforce/current/act-1979-203) subject to a condition that the subdivision is a subdivision for lease purposes if the plan contains a statement that—

> > > (a) development consent has been granted under that Act subject to such a condition, and
> >
> > > (b) the plan relates to land in a caravan park or manufactured home estate.

> > (2) For the purposes of the definition of plan of subdivision for lease purposes in section 23J of the Act, a plan of subdivision is marked to indicate that development consent has been granted under the [Environmental Planning and Assessment Act 1979](/view/html/inforce/current/act-1979-203) subject to a condition that the subdivision is a subdivision for forestry lease purposes if the plan contains a statement that development consent has been granted under that Act subject to such a condition.
