#### 29 Fee payable to prescribed authority for certificate under section 88G 29 Fee payable to prescribed authority for certificate under section 88G > For the purposes of section 88G(3) of the Act, the fee payable to a prescribed authority for a certificate under that section is— > > > (a) if the authority has inspected the relevant land for the purpose of issuing the certificate—0.35 fee units, or > > > (b) 0.1 fee units in any other case.
