#### 88 Premiums, how to be paid 88 Premiums, how to be paid > All fines, premiums, and sums of money had, received, or paid for, or on account of, the renewal of any lease, after deduction of all necessary incidental charges and expenses, shall be paid in the manner following: > > > (a) If the renewal is made by, or in the name of a minor, to his guardian, to be applied and disposed of for the benefit of the minor as the said Court directs. > > > (b) (Repealed) > > > (c) If the renewal is made in the name of a person out of the jurisdiction or not amenable as aforesaid, to such person, and in such manner, or to such account in Court as the said Court directs. > > **s 88:** Am 1970 No 60, First Sch.
