#### 8 Proof of instrument 8 Proof of instrument > Any such instrument as aforesaid may be by separate writing or be endorsed on the grant to which it relates, and it shall be sufficient in any proceedings for the party adducing any such instrument to prove its enrolment without showing compliance with any other provision of the preceding section. > > **s 8:** Am 1970 No 52, Second Sch (am 1972 No 41, Second Sch).
