#### 61 Notice of application to be served on all trustees etc 61 Notice of application to be served on all trustees etc > Notice of any application to the Court under this part shall be served on all trustees who are seized or possessed of any estate in trust for any person whose consent or concurrence to or in the application is hereby required, and on any other parties who in the opinion of the Court ought to be so served unless the Court thinks fit to dispense with such notice.
