#### 4 For remedy of insufficient descriptions in grants 4 For remedy of insufficient descriptions in grants > No Crown grant of land issued previously to the first day of July, one thousand eight hundred and fifty-eight, and no deed in which the description of the land corresponds with that contained in such grant shall be void for want of certainty in such description in any case where the Governor has, since the last-mentioned date, by an instrument in writing under his hand and the seal of the Colony, described, or shall hereafter by a similar instrument describe, with sufficient certainty, the land intended to have been comprised in such grant; but in every such case the land so described as last aforesaid shall be taken to be the land described in the grant and in every such deed as aforesaid, and to have been granted and conveyed thereby respectively.
