#### 32 Release equivalent to lease and release 32 Release equivalent to lease and release > Every deed or instrument of release executed after the passing of this Act shall be as effectual as if the releasing parties who have executed the same had also executed a lease or bargain and sale for a year for giving effect to such release, although no such lease or bargain and sale has been executed, and the recital or mention of a lease or bargain and sale in a release executed before the first day of January, one thousand eight hundred and forty-four, shall be conclusive evidence of the execution of such lease or bargain and sale.
