V No. 97, s. 3 \]*Payment of money into Court shall effectually exonerate therefrom the person making the payment. > > > (2)  *\[Section 92  Subsection (2), (formerly 10) renumbered by 26 Geo. V No. 97, s. 3 \]*Every application to the Court shall be by summons at chambers. > > > (3)  *\[Section 92  Subsection (3), (formerly 11) renumbered by 26 Geo. V No. 97, s. 3 \]*On an application by a purchaser, notice shall be served in the first instance on the vendor. > > > (4)  *\[Section 92  Subsection (4), (formerly 12) renumbered by 26 Geo. V No. 97, s. 3 \]*The Court shall have full power and discretion to make such order as it thinks fit respecting the costs, charges, or expenses of all or any of the parties to any application. > > > (7)  *\[Section 92  Subsection (7) added by 26 Geo. V No. 97, s. 3 \]*The provisions of this section shall be subject to Rules of Court made for the purposes of this Act, under the [Supreme Court Civil Procedure Act 1932](/view/html/inforce/2026-04-12/act-1932-058) .
