### 88 Application of certain provisions of Inheritance Act 1833

V No. 97, s. 3 \]*The provisions of the Imperial Act intituled the [Inheritance Act 1833](/view/html/inforce/2026-04-12/act-9999-999) , extended to this State are hereby amended as set forth in [Schedule 3](#JS3@EN) , and as therein amended shall have effect in this State.
