### 84K Registration of orders
> *\[Section 84K Inserted by No. 3 of 1978, s. 3 \]*

> > (1) *\[Section 84K Subsection (1) amended by No. 19 of 1980, s. 171 and Sched. 1 \]*An order by the Court or the Recorder of Titles under this Part that affects any land that is under the [Land Titles Act 1980](/view/html/inforce/2026-04-12/act-1980-019) shall be deemed to be a dealing within the meaning of that Act, and that Act applies in relation thereto accordingly.
