84K Registration of orders
[Section 84K Inserted by No. 3 of 1978, s. 3 ]
(1) *[Section 84K Subsection (1) amended by No. 19 of 1980, s. 171 and Sched. 1 ]*An order by the Court or the Recorder of Titles under this Part that affects any land that is under the Land Titles Act 1980 shall be deemed to be a dealing within the meaning of that Act, and that Act applies in relation thereto accordingly.
(2) *[Section 84K Subsection (2) amended by No. 19 of 1980, s. 171 and Sched. 1 ]*An order by the Court or the Recorder of Titles under this Part that affects any land that is not under the Land Titles Act 1980 shall be deemed to be a judgment for the purposes of the Registration of Deeds Act 1935 , and that Act applies in relation thereto accordingly.
