### 8 Rights of purchaser regarding execution
> [*\[Section 8 Amended by No. 66 of 2007, Sched. 1, Applied:31 Dec 2008\]*](/view/html/inforce/2008-12-31/act-2007-066#JS1@Ja14@GC2@EN) On a sale, the purchaser shall not be entitled to require that the conveyance to him be executed in his presence, or in that of his Australian legal practitioner, as such; but shall be entitled to have at his own cost the execution of the conveyance attested by some person appointed by him, who may, if he thinks fit, be his Australian legal practitioner.
