### 43 Power of Court to bind interest of married woman
> *\[Section 43 Amended by No. 47 of 1958, s. 3 \]*Notwithstanding that a married woman is restrained from anticipation, the Court may, if it thinks fit, where it appears to the Court to be for her benefit, by order, with her consent, bind her interest in any property.
