### 41 Voluntary disposition of land: How far voidable as against purchasers > > (1)  Every voluntary disposition of land made with intent to defraud a subsequent purchaser is voidable at the instance of that purchaser. > > > (2)  For the purposes of this section, no voluntary disposition, whenever made, shall be deemed to have been made with intent to defraud by reason only that a subsequent conveyance for valuable consideration was made, if such subsequent conveyance was made after 23rd October 1896.
