### 34C Implication of regrant
> *\[Section 34C Inserted by No. 67 of 1964, s. 3 and Sched. 1 \]*Where an assurance of land purports to make that land subject to an easement appurtenant to other land of the grantor or testator, upon the vesting of that land in the grantee or devisee the latter shall be deemed effectively to have granted that easement to the grantor or his personal representatives.
