6 Application
(1) [Section 6 Subsection (1) substituted by No. 29 of 2022, s. 12, Applied:01 Jul 2023] Subject to subsection (3) , a person who is eligible to hold a licence may apply to the Director for a licence.
(2) An application for a licence –
(a) is to be in an approved form; and
(b) is to be accompanied by the prescribed fee.
(3) [Section 6 Subsection (3) inserted by No. 29 of 2022, s. 12, Applied:01 Jul 2023] A person who is entitled to hold a licence by virtue of holding deemed registration is not required to make an application for the licence in accordance with this Act.
