> > (1) In this Division—

> > agent, in relation to an option, includes any agent or representative named in the option or in the proposed contract for the sale of the property attached to the option.

> > barrister has the same meaning as it has in the [Legal Profession Uniform Law (NSW)](/view/html/inforce/current/act-2014-16a).

> > option has the meaning given by section 66P.

> > purchaser includes a prospective purchaser, and also includes a grantee or prospective grantee of an option.

> > residential property has the meaning given by section 66Q.

> > solicitor has the same meaning as it has in the [Legal Profession Uniform Law (NSW)](/view/html/inforce/current/act-2014-16a), and includes a licensed conveyancer.
