#### 23J Definition 23J Definition > In this Division, plan of subdivision for lease purposes means a plan of subdivision (within the meaning of section 195) that is marked, in accordance with the regulations, to indicate that development consent to the subdivision has been granted under the [Environmental Planning and Assessment Act 1979](/view/html/inforce/current/act-1979-203) subject to the condition that the subdivision is a subdivision for forestry lease purposes. > > **pt 2, div 3C (ss 23J, 23K):** Ins 2001 No 77, Sch 1 \[3\].
