#### 23H Definitions 23H Definitions > In this Division, plan of subdivision for lease purposes means a plan of subdivision (within the meaning of section 195) of land within a caravan park or a manufactured home estate (within the meaning of the [Local Government Act 1993](/view/html/inforce/current/act-1993-030)) that is marked, in accordance with the regulations, so as to indicate that development consent to the subdivision has been granted under the [Environmental Planning and Assessment Act 1979](/view/html/inforce/current/act-1979-203) subject to the condition that the subdivision is a subdivision for lease purposes. > > **s 23H:** Ins 1997 No 152, Sch 2 \[3\].
