#### 201 Vacation of entry of legal proceedings 201 Vacation of entry of legal proceedings > Any registration of current legal proceedings under this Part may be vacated pursuant to an order of the Supreme Court, and such order may be made after the determination of the legal proceedings, or, in case the Court is satisfied that the litigation is not being prosecuted bona fide, during the pendency thereof, and in any case, if the Court thinks fit, without the consent of the person who caused the same to be registered. > > **s 201:** Am 1970 No 52, Second Sch (am 1972 No 41, Second Sch); 1992 No 5, Sch 3 (9).
