147 Acknowledgment by married woman not necessary
> > (1) It shall not be necessary to the validity of any deed or instrument executed by a married woman after the commencement of this Act, that such deed or instrument be acknowledged by her.
>
> > (2) This section applies to land under the provisions of the [Real Property Act 1900](/view/html/inforce/current/act-1900-025), and section one hundred and nine of that Act is hereby repealed; that section shall be deemed not to have applied in any case where a married woman has executed any instrument registered under that Act in respect of her separate property, or in exercise of a power of appointment or to any instrument executed for the purposes of that Act by a married woman, with the written consent of her husband, in favour of a purchaser in good faith.
