#### 8 Rules of conduct—the Act, s 22 8 Rules of conduct—the Act, s 22 > > (1) The rules set out in Schedule 2 are prescribed as rules of conduct for the conduct of a conveyancing business or the exercise of functions under a licence. > > > (2) A licensee must comply with the rules set out in Schedule 2 in the course of conducting a conveyancing business or exercising functions under a licence. > > Maximum penalty—40 penalty units for a corporation or 20 penalty units for an individual.
