#### 14 Transfer of proceedings to or from other courts or tribunals—the Act, s 50(2) 14 Transfer of proceedings to or from other courts or tribunals—the Act, s 50(2) > > (1) Proceedings must be transferred by order of the court hearing the costs dispute. > > > (2) Notice of the transfer must be given to the principal registrar of the Tribunal by the registrar of the court hearing the costs dispute. > > > (3) All documents relating to the proceedings in the custody of the court hearing the costs dispute must be transferred by the registrar of the court to the principal registrar of the Tribunal. > > > (4) On receiving the notice of transfer and accompanying documents, the principal registrar must serve on the parties a notice fixing a date and time for the holding of the hearing or a directions hearing for the proceedings.
