#### 10 Obligation to disclose certain matters to client—the Act, s 36 10 Obligation to disclose certain matters to client—the Act, s 36 > > (1) For the purposes of the Act, section 36(2)(f), the following matters are prescribed as matters that must be disclosed to the client— > > > > > (a) if the amount of the costs for the conveyancing work is not known—an estimate of the costs for the conveyancing work, > > > > > (b) if, in the conduct of the matter, the licensee will carry out both conveyancing work and non-conveyancing work for the client— > > > > > > > (i) the fact that some of the work is non-conveyancing work, and > > > > > > > (ii) the nature of the non-conveyancing work. > > > (2) In this section— > > > > non-conveyancing work means work that is not conveyancing work.
