52 Exemption from requirement to appoint manager (1) On application by a licensee who carries on a conveyancing business from more than one place of business, the Authority may exempt the licensee from the requirement in section 51(2). (2) In determining an application for an exemption under subsection (1), the Authority must take into account any matters specified for that purpose in the regulations. S. 52(3) inserted by No. 17/2007 s. 20. (3) An application under subsection (1) must be accompanied by the prescribed fee (if any).
