46B Mandatory continuing professional development activities (1) For the purposes of this Part, the Authority may approve mandatory continuing professional development activities that form part of the continuing professional development requirements under this Part. (2) The Authority must publish notice of any mandatory continuing professional development activities approved under subsection (1) on the Internet site of the Director. (3) A mandatory continuing professional development activity takes effect on the date specified in the notice under subsection (2). (4) The Authority must take all reasonable steps to give written notice to each licensee of an approved mandatory continuing professional development activity.
