120 Improper dealings with receivable property A person must not, with intent to defeat the purposes of this Division— (a) operate on an account at an ADI; or (b) destroy or conceal receivable property or property that is likely to become receivable property; or (c) move receivable property, or property that is likely to become receivable property, from one place to another; or (d) deliver possession of receivable property, or property that is likely to become receivable property, to another person; or (e) deliver control of receivable property, or property that is likely to become receivable property, to another person.
