104 Statutory manager to report to Director
(1) A statutory manager of a conveyancing business must provide a written report of the statutory management of the business to the Director.
(2) A report under subsection (1) must be made on the request of the Director and in accordance with any directions of the Director, and must include any information requested by the Director.
(3) On the conclusion of the statutory management of a conveyancing business, the statutory manager must provide the Director with a final written report of the management.
(4) A report under subsection (3) must be accompanied by any records that the statutory manager kept in relation to the statutory management.
