100 Statutory management continues under receivership (1) A statutory manager may continue to exercise his or her powers under this Division even if a receiver is appointed in relation to the relevant licensee's property. (2) If a receiver is appointed in respect of the property of a licensee whose conveyancing business is under statutory management, the statutory manager must comply with any lawful direction given by the receiver in relation to the conduct of the conveyancing business.
