5 Operation of Act
References in this Act to conversions and to existing securities and to new securities shall include conversions under the Commonwealth Debt Conversion Act 1931, by reason of the Agreement between the Commonwealth and the States contained in the Schedule to the Debt Conversion Agreement (No 2) Act 1931, and by reason of that Act, and shall include existing securities so converted and new securities issued on such conversion.
