Division 4—Reviews and appeals 11L—Tribunal may sit with assessors (1) For the purposes of section 22 of the South Australian Civil and Administrative Tribunal Act 2013, there will be a panel of assessors consisting of persons who have expertise that would be of value to the Tribunal in relation to proceedings before the Tribunal on a review or an appeal under the applied provisions. (2) In any proceedings before the Tribunal on a review or an appeal under the applied provisions, the Tribunal may, if the President so determines, sit with 1 or more assessors selected by the President from the panel referred to in subsection (1). President means the President of the Tribunal appointed under the South Australian Civil and Administrative Tribunal Act 2013.
