15 Transitional provision—Justice Legislation Amendment Act 2007 (1) The amendments made to this Act by sections 7(3), 7(4) and 7(5) of the **Justice Legislation Amendment Act 2007** apply only to offences alleged to have been committed on or after the commencement of those sections. (2) For the purposes of subsection (1), if an offence is alleged to have been committed between two dates and the provision of the **Justice Legislation Amendment Act 2007** effecting the amendment commences on a date between those two dates, the offence is alleged to have been committed before the commencement of that provision. S. 16 repealed by No. 26/1997 s. 8, new s. 16 inserted by No. 42/2010 s. 16.
