14 Transitional provision Section 10 as in force immediately before the commencement of section 6 of the **Control of Weapons and Firearms Acts (Search Powers) Act 2003** continues to apply to searches conducted before that commencement. S. 15 repealed by No. 26/1997 s. 8, new s. 15 inserted by No. 53/2007 s. 14.
