11C Infringement penalty The infringement penalty for an infringement offence referred to in section 11B is— (a) in the case of an offence against section 6(1)—$1000; (b) in the case of an offence against section 6(1AA)—2 penalty units; (c) in the case of an offence against section 6(1A)—$2000.
