#### 13 Intervention 13 Intervention > The Minister or the Attorney General, or both, may, at any stage of any proceedings in which relief under this Act is sought, intervene by an Australian legal practitioner or agent, and shall thereupon become a party or parties to the proceedings and have all the rights of a party or parties to those proceedings in the Court, including any right of appeal arising in relation to those proceedings. > > **s 13:** Am 2005 No 98, Sch 3.12.
