sec.90 Purpose of pt 8
The purpose of this part is to provide for reconsideration of, and appeals from, the following— a decision made by the authority in relation to a matter for which this Act provides an application can be made or in relation to a levy or levy amount; an entry in the register of workers made by the authority; an entry in the register of employers made by the authority; a direction or notice given by the authority. A matter mentioned in subsection (1) (a) to (d) is an original decision . (sec.90-ssec.1) The purpose of this part is to provide for reconsideration of, and appeals from, the following— a decision made by the authority in relation to a matter for which this Act provides an application can be made or in relation to a levy or levy amount; an entry in the register of workers made by the authority; an entry in the register of employers made by the authority; a direction or notice given by the authority.
