sec.88 Recovery of levy amount
A levy amount payable to the authority is a debt payable to it. A levy amount that is not paid may be sued for and recovered by, or for, the authority by a person appointed by it. If it appears to the authority that the levy amount has not been fully paid, the authority may make an assessment of the amount owing. The authority must give a notice of the assessment to the person to whom the assessment relates. (sec.88-ssec.1) A levy amount payable to the authority is a debt payable to it.
