sec.57 Cancellation of registration as a registered employer
If a registered employer stops engaging workers to perform cleaning work in the contract cleaning industry, the registered employer may, by notice, apply to the authority for cancellation of the registration. If the authority refuses to cancel the registered employer’s registration, the authority must give the registered employer an information notice about the refusal.
