sec.40 Funds of authority
The funds of the authority consist of— levy amounts paid to the authority; and amounts borrowed by the authority; and proceeds from investments by the authority; and other amounts received by the authority. The funds may only be applied in making— long service leave payments; and payments for expenses incurred in the administration of this Act including, for example, payments to the Building and Construction Authority under an agreement mentioned in section 39 ; and payments for borrowings by the authority; and investments by the authority; and any other payments authorised by this Act or the Community Services Industry (Portable Long Service Leave) Act 2020 . s 40 amd 2020 No. 19 s 132 (sec.40-ssec.1) The funds of the authority consist of— levy amounts paid to the authority; and amounts borrowed by the authority; and proceeds from investments by the authority; and other amounts received by the authority. (sec.40-ssec.2) The funds may only be applied in making— long service leave payments; and payments for expenses incurred in the administration of this Act including, for example, payments to the Building and Construction Authority under an agreement mentioned in section 39 ; and payments for borrowings by the authority; and investments by the authority; and any other payments authorised by this Act or the Community Services Industry (Portable Long Service Leave) Act 2020 .
