sec.39 Agreement about administration of this Act
The authority may enter into a written agreement with the Building and Construction Authority in relation to the administration of this Act, including expenses attributable to the administration ( administration expenses ). staff costs rent cost of electricity use Without limiting subsection (1) , the agreement may provide that the Building and Construction Authority— must pay the administration expenses; and may recoup the administration expenses from the authority, with interest, at a rate stated in the agreement.
