sec.36 Judicial notice of signatures
Judicial notice must be taken of— the signature of a person who is or has been the chairperson, the deputy chairperson, a director of the board or the general manager; and the fact the person holds or has held the relevant office.
- (a) the signature of a person who is or has been the chairperson, the deputy chairperson, a director of the board or the general manager; and
- (b) the fact the person holds or has held the relevant office.
