sec.34 Staff of the authority
The staff of the Building and Construction Authority are to provide the Contract Cleaning Industry (Portable Long Service Leave) Authority with the administrative support services that it requires to carry out its functions effectively and efficiently. Also, a member of the staff may, subject to this Act, do all things necessary for the discharge of the functions of the authority. (sec.34-ssec.1) The staff of the Building and Construction Authority are to provide the Contract Cleaning Industry (Portable Long Service Leave) Authority with the administrative support services that it requires to carry out its functions effectively and efficiently. (sec.34-ssec.2) Also, a member of the staff may, subject to this Act, do all things necessary for the discharge of the functions of the authority.
