sec.33 Management of authority by general manager
Subject to the board, the general manager is to manage the business of the authority. A thing done in the name of or for the authority by the general manager is taken to have been done by the authority. (sec.33-ssec.1) Subject to the board, the general manager is to manage the business of the authority.
