sec.25 Presiding at meetings
The chairperson is to preside at all meetings of the board at which the chairperson is present. If the chairperson is not present at a meeting of the board, the deputy chairperson is to preside. When the deputy chairperson presides at a meeting, the deputy chairperson has all the functions and powers of the chairperson. (sec.25-ssec.1) The chairperson is to preside at all meetings of the board at which the chairperson is present. (sec.25-ssec.2) If the chairperson is not present at a meeting of the board, the deputy chairperson is to preside. (sec.25-ssec.3) When the deputy chairperson presides at a meeting, the deputy chairperson has all the functions and powers of the chairperson.
