sec.24 Frequency of meetings
The chairperson must call meetings of the board as often as is necessary for the performance of the authority’s functions and the exercise of its powers under this Act. However, the period between each meeting must not be more than 3 months. The chairperson must also call a meeting if both of the following ask for a meeting to be called— a director appointed under section 17 (1) (c) ; a director appointed under section 17 (1) (d) . (sec.24-ssec.1) The chairperson must call meetings of the board as often as is necessary for the performance of the authority’s functions and the exercise of its powers under this Act.
