sec.20 Vacation of office
The office of a director becomes vacant if the director— dies; or gives to the Minister a signed notice of resignation; or is absent, without leave of the board and without a reasonable excuse, from 3 consecutive meetings of the board of which proper notice was given; or can not continue as a member under section 19 ; or is removed from office by the Governor in Council.
- (a) dies; or
- (b) gives to the Minister a signed notice of resignation; or
- (c) is absent, without leave of the board and without a reasonable excuse, from 3 consecutive meetings of the board of which proper notice was given; or
- (d) can not continue as a member under section 19 ; or
- (e) is removed from office by the Governor in Council.
