sec.19 Disqualification from board
A person can not become, or continue as, a director if the person— is an insolvent under administration; or is, or has been, convicted of an indictable offence (including an indictable offence dealt with summarily) or an offence against this Act, and the conviction is not a spent conviction. s 19 amd 2023 No. 23 s 247 sch 1 ss 2 (5) , 11
